The brief
Metrocentre had previously hosted a small synthetic rink with another supplier and wanted something that would draw people from across the region.
What we built
A large, fully covered real-ice rink in the Yellow Mall car park, with public sessions, coaching courses, group bookings and accessible sessions.
The result
The rink opened five days a week and moved to seven through December and January. It drew significant regional press and brought extra footfall to the wider estate.
