Terms & Conditions

The Event Organiser is Ice Leisure Group Ltd (Registered in England, Company #08488117, Office 7, 35 - 37 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JN).

The Event Area is the ice-rink, marquee, and other areas under the control of the Event Organiser.

These terms and conditions apply to all tickets purchased on this website (iceleisure.co.uk) or at events operated by the Event Organiser.

By purchasing you are entering into a contract with the Event Organiser.

  1. Safety rules and information

    1. All skaters, spectators and their guardians must read and agree to the Safety Information.
    2. Copies of the Safety Information and other relevant information will be displayed within the Event Area.

  2. Admission and arrival

    1. All skaters must have a valid ticket of the appropriate type and value. Admission is reserved for ticket holders only.
    2. ID or proof of eligibility is required for all concession tickets such as carer and student tickets.
    3. Children must be accompanied (see Safety Information).
    4. Proof of age is required when, in the opinion of the Event Organiser, the ticket holder does not meet the requirements of the ticket or other age-related term within this contract.
    5. A security search may be conducted by the Event Organiser prior to entry, or whilst within the Event Area.
    6. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to the Event Area, or eject from the Event Area, anyone at it's reasonable discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
      1. Security concerns
      2. Health & Safety
      3. Environmental
      4. Intoxication, impairment, or inappropriate conduct.
    7. Valid tickets must be presented at the skate hire desk, to collect skating aids, and to enter the ice-rink.
    8. Ticket holders are responsible for arriving at the ice-rink at least 20 minutes before the start of their booked session.
    9. The time taken for the Event Organiser to check and validate tickets, provide skating aids, and provide skates is included in the session duration.

  3. Tickets

    1. Purchases made online

      1. Tickets are made available two hours before the start of your booked session.
      2. A link to the tickets will be sent to the email, and mobile, you provided during purchase.
      3. A screenshot of the tickets is not valid, the tickets must be displayed in your web browser on your mobile device.

    2. Purchases made at the event

      1. A receipt based ticket will be provided.
    3. Tickets must be ready for inspection and scanning at reception, skate-hire and to collect skating aids.
    4. Tickets are non-transferable, and may not be resold. Each ticket may only be used by a single person.

  4. Cancellation, Refund and Exchanges

    1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In particular please note that no refund, credit or exchange will be due in the following circumstances:
      1. The ticket holder being refused entry.
      2. The ticket holder being ejected.
      3. The ticket holder arriving late or missing their session (partially or fully).
      4. The ticket holder not being able to present a valid ticket.
      5. A mistake with the booking such as venue, session or number/type of tickets.
      6. Lost or stolen tickets.
    2. At the discretion of the Event Organiser, subject to availability, and only when the process is completed at least two hours before the start of the booked session, the order page may offer the option to:
      1. Cancel the tickets (subject to cancellation fee of at least £3.50 per ticket).
      2. Move all of the tickets to an alternative session with equivalent value, subject to availability.

  5. Animals

    1. Animals, except assistance dogs, are not permitted within indoor areas of the Event Area.
    2. For safety reasons, assistance dogs are not permitted on the ice.

  6. Ice Conditions & Cancellation

    1. Weather conditions or ice maintenance may result in a wet ice-surface. This is considered acceptable to skate on.
    2. Staff will actively monitor ice and weather conditions and, in rare circumstances, temporarily halt or cancel ice-skating sessions for safety reasons.
    3. If a session is cancelled or curtailed after less than 30 minutes of skating has taken place, tickets may be rebooked for an alternative session via the order page, subject to availability.

  7. Liability

    1. The limit to which the Event Organiser will be liable in the the delay or cancellation of the event is the face value of the ticket excluding any booking fees.

  8. General

    1. Nothing in this contract confers or purports to confer any right to enforce any of its terms on any person who is not a party to it.
    2. These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and all parties hereby irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
    3. These Conditions constitutes the entire contract and understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior written and oral representations, agreements or understandings between them relating to the subject matter.
    4. The failure by any party to exercise any right or remedy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. No waiver shall be effective unless it is communicated to the other parties in writing. A waiver of any right or remedy arising from a breach of these Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any right or remedy arising from any other breach of these Conditions.
    5. If any Condition or provision of these Conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal, the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Conditions shall not be affected.
    6. The Event Organiser may amend these Conditions from time to time and any changes will be posted on the Event Organiser's website(s).
    7. The Event Organiser shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance of the contract which result from circumstances beyond the Event Organiser's reasonable control.
